Valley View Aged Care Facility is a privately owned and operated Aged Care Facility accredited with the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency Ltd., providing high level of Nursing Care to its Residents and effective response to resident, staff and community needs.
Our Residential Care Facility co-ordinates activities to optimize the care for Residents within a conducive working environment. We liaise with the community services and volunteers to encourage Residents and the public to view the Residential Care Facility as an integral part of the community.
We comply with all legislative regulations and through effective use of our human, physical and financial resources, effectively market our facility to the community.
Valley View Aged Care Facility is dedicated to the principle of continuous improvement. To support this philosophy, the facility has developed and implemented a quality system which complies with the requirements of the Aged Care Accreditation Agency Ltd. This standard has been achieved and maintained by ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained in their various fields of expertise and are dedicated to delivering the highest possible care to the Residents.
The Administrator, Executive Director of Care and Clinical Services Coordinator ensure that through ongoing training, that all staff are made aware of the latest developments in their field, and have adequate resources to perform their duties effectively.
The Clinical Services Coordinator ensures that all nursing activities within the Facility comply with this philosophy.
